Starting paid plans
Prices use the currency shown. Depending on your country, tax is added at checkout (for example, US sales tax) or already included (for example, UK and EU VAT). Your order summary confirms the total, including taxes and additional fees. Your bank may charge for currency conversion. The linked product pages list all tiers, limits and any additional costs. Your order confirms activation timing.

What you buy
A hosted software subscription provides access for your organization, sign-in or connection instructions, and a receipt after confirmed payment. Access timing and any included onboarding are confirmed before payment. There is no physical shipment. The Schedule desktop school license is a separate purchase, valid for 12 months and renewed manually.
Product scope and policies
Timastra Collect
The software subscription is separate from payments against customer invoices. Live payments against customer invoices are not offered. The software plan does not include outsourced collections, lending, custody of customer funds or investment advice. Use the product's available signup or enquiry path to arrange access. This website does not process invoice payments.

Timastra Inventory
This is a software subscription for stock, purchasing and fulfillment records. The plan does not include inventory purchases, hardware, shipping or third-party service fees. Use the product's available signup or enquiry path to arrange access.

Timastra Expenses
This is a software subscription for project expense records and reconciliation. Tracked funds and balances are records, not money held by Timastra. No bank transfers, reimbursement service or professional accounting service is included.

Timastra HRIS
The subscription is for HRIS software access, including employee records, attendance and payroll preparation. It is separate from employee wages, statutory remittances, bank transfers, government filing and any assisted migration or payroll service. Provider fees and professional accounting, tax, labor or legal advice are not included.

Timastra Bookings
A business's software subscription is separate from a customer's appointment. Bookings does not currently take online payments from customers; any deposit or cancellation fee is arranged directly between the business and its customer, under the business's own refund policy. Cancelling the software subscription does not cancel appointments.

Timastra Commerce
Merchant software subscriptions are distinct from shoppers' orders. Shopper orders are currently paid by cash on delivery. The selling merchant is responsible for its delivery, return, refund and cancellation terms. The Timastra plan price covers store software only.

Timastra Sentinel
The price covers software access for authorized assessment workflows, bounded assessment checks and evidence review. Available checks depend on the deployment and plan and are confirmed before purchase. It does not purchase a human penetration test, certification, third-party scanner license or a guarantee of security. Each assessment still requires explicit authorization and a defined scope.

Timastra Schedule Online
The hosted timetable service is separate from the offline desktop app. It syncs only when the school chooses Sync now and uses private access links. The online subscription renews yearly until cancelled.

Purchase policies and support
Hosted access is governed by the customer service agreement, the product terms and refund and cancellation policy. The checkout names the payment provider for your order. For help, email support@timastra.com; we aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days.
