Before a purchase
Any future purchase page will identify the seller, included service or license, limits, total cost and currency, taxes, access timing and geographic restrictions. It will explain any trial conversion, renewal, cancellation and refund terms before you pay. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.

Email support@timastra.com with the receipt reference, purchase channel, date, amount and currency. Never send a full card number or security code.
App-store purchases
No app-store availability is asserted here. If a future release offers store-billed purchases, that release must explain the store's billing, cancellation and refund process separately from direct web purchases.
