This is a pre-launch informational website. It has no checkout, accounts, subscriptions, financial-account connections, or public data-entry forms.
Information handled by this website
Timastra does not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or non-essential cookies on this website. Our hosting and security provider processes routine request information—such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, and timestamps—to deliver, secure, and diagnose the site.
Email communications
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to provide, your email address, and message metadata. We use it to respond, keep necessary business records, protect our rights, and meet applicable legal obligations. Do not email card numbers, bank credentials, government identifiers, or health information.
Payments
We do not currently accept payments. If we introduce paid offerings, the checkout will identify the payment processor and link to the terms that apply before you pay. Payment details will be entered into the processor's secure interface rather than stored by this website. We may receive limited transaction information such as a customer name, contact details, billing address, payment status, amount, currency, card brand, and last four digits—but not a complete card number or security code.
Financial-account connections
We do not currently connect to bank or other financial accounts. If a future product offers such a connection, we will first explain the provider, purpose, data categories, requested accounts, and access duration, and obtain any required consent. We will request only the access needed for the feature, will not ask you to send us your bank credentials, and will provide a way to request disconnection or deletion where applicable.
How information may be shared
We may share information with service providers that host, secure, communicate for, or support the site; when you direct us to; or when required to protect rights, prevent abuse, or comply with law. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described, security, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask about, access, correct, delete, or restrict certain uses of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. We may need to verify a request and may retain information when law permits or requires it.
Changes
We will update this page before launching collection practices that materially differ from those described here and will change the date above.
