Account & data deletion

Request help from Timastra without signing in or installing an app.

Send a deletion request

Email support@timastra.com with the subject “Account and data deletion request.” This link opens your email app; nothing is submitted until you send the email. You can also copy the address into any email service.

1. Identify the Timastra product or say that your request concerns website correspondence.
2. Tell us whether you want an entire account deleted, specific personal information deleted, or information about either option.
3. Where possible, send the request from the email address associated with the information. Do not include passwords, payment credentials, or identity documents.

What happens next

We review the request and may ask for information needed to verify that it concerns your own data. We will explain the scope, expected completion time, and any applicable retention exceptions in our reply. Sending an email does not automatically delete an account or data.

Deletion and retention

For website correspondence, identify the messages or personal details you want removed. Information needed for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, or resolving disputes may be retained where permitted or required. See our website privacy policy. Product-specific data categories, deletion processes, and retention periods will be stated in each product's policy before public access.

Subscriptions and organization-managed data

A deletion request is not itself a subscription cancellation or refund request. If your question concerns billing, tell us which provider issued the receipt. If information belongs to an organization-managed workspace, identify the organization so we can determine who is responsible for handling the request; do not send other people's records.
