Timastra Schedule Online: Data deletion

Email support@timastra.com from the school's billing email. Name the school and say whether you want the whole school removed or specific people's links and absence reports.
What the request covers
Timastra deletes the school's synced timetable, access links and absence reports from the service. Records on the school's own computers stay under the school's control; the Schedule desktop guidance explains removing them.
Information that may remain
Deleted data can remain in encrypted backups for up to about 3 months before it expires. Billing and tax records are kept as the law requires.
Subscriptions
Deleting data is not a cancellation. Cancel the subscription as well if you no longer want it to renew.
