School timetabling · Hosted service
Timastra Schedule Online
Publish your school's timetable and daily cover to private web pages for staff, students and parents, and receive teacher absence reports.
What the subscription includes
- Hosted pages showing the latest timetable and cover the school synced.
- Private access links for teachers and sections, distributed and replaceable by the school.
- Teacher absence reports for the school to review.
The school connects the Schedule desktop app using its connection key and sends data by pressing Sync now. There is no background sync. The desktop app continues working offline.
Price, delivery and renewal
US$149 per school per year, plus applicable tax shown at checkout. The subscription renews automatically each year until cancelled. It is separate from the US$199 desktop school license, which lasts 12 months and renews manually.
The order confirms activation timing and connection instructions before payment. Contact hello@timastra.com to confirm access for your school. An enquiry does not start a subscription.
