Timastra Schedule Online: Terms

Scope

Timastra Schedule Online is provided by Timastra LLC. These terms describe its permitted use. The customer service agreement you accept at purchase sets the service terms, and these terms form part of it; the Schedule desktop terms and license cover the desktop app, and the website terms cover timastra.com.

Permitted use

A subscription covers one school. The school may publish its own timetable and cover, share private links with its staff, students and parents, and receive absence reports from its teachers.

Responsible use

Publish only information the school is entitled to share. Keep the connection key private: it controls syncing and the admin page. Replace links that reach the wrong people. Check the timetable before publishing; the service shows what the school last synced and is not a substitute for the school's own notices in an emergency.

Availability

Planned maintenance and interruptions may occur; current status is on the status page. The desktop app keeps working if the service is unavailable.
