Public access and pricing have not been announced. These pages describe the current product design, not a live service offer or an approved launch policy. Production data practices and commercial terms still require confirmation before release.
Request help removing local data
Email support@timastra.com. You can send a request without signing in or installing the product.
- Identify Timastra Schedule and the organization, store or engagement concerned, if any.
- State whether you want personal information, a login account, or an entire workspace reviewed for deletion.
- Where possible, write from the associated email address. Do not attach credentials or sensitive source records.
What the request covers
There is no hosted Schedule account identified in the reviewed implementation. School records, backups and exports are managed on your computer; Timastra cannot remotely erase them. Ask support for version-specific removal guidance before deleting files. Uninstalling an app should not be assumed to remove its data or backups.
Information that may remain
Local records remain until managed by you or your organization. Exported files, external backups and copies shared with staff are separate copies. School retention obligations should be checked before removing any records.
What happens next
Support will review the request, verify its scope and authority, and explain the expected timing and any applicable exceptions. This page does not automatically delete data. No product-wide deletion deadline has been approved for public launch.
Purchases are separate
Deleting an app or requesting data deletion is not itself a cancellation or refund. Tell support if you also want help with a charge. For purchases billed by an app store, use that store's subscription and refund controls.
