Scope and operator
This pre-launch privacy information is specific to Timastra Schedule. Timastra is the product brand; the legal operator and final privacy policy will be identified before public access. The website privacy policy separately covers visits and correspondence.
Information the product is designed to handle
- School settings, rooms, teachers, student groups and subjects stored locally
- Availability, lesson assignments, cover arrangements, duty rosters and exam schedules
- Imported files, local database backups and exported timetables
Purpose
Generate and adjust school timetables, check conflicts, plan cover and exams, and produce exports for staff.
Providers, permissions and sharing
The current desktop design stores school records in a local database and provides file import and export. It does not require a cloud account. Emailing support or sharing exported files is a separate action that can disclose data outside your computer.
The final policy will explain which providers handle data, where they process it, and any analytics or optional permissions. Browsing this page does not connect your accounts or send product data to those services.
Retention and deletion
Local records remain until managed by you or your organization. Exported files, external backups and copies shared with staff are separate copies. School retention obligations should be checked before removing any records.
The current Schedule design has no hosted account to close. School records, backups and exports are managed on your computer; Timastra cannot remotely erase them. Ask support for version-specific removal guidance before deleting files. Uninstalling the app does not necessarily remove its data or backups.
