Request help removing local data

This page adds Deskrun details to the main account and data deletion page, which explains the full request process.

1. Identify Deskrun and the organization, store or engagement concerned, if any.
2. State whether you want personal information, a login account, or an entire workspace reviewed for deletion.
3. Where possible, write from the associated email address. Do not attach credentials or sensitive source records.

What the request covers

Deskrun has no hosted account to close. Flows, screenshots, run logs and reports stay in the folders you choose, and Timastra cannot remotely erase them. Flow Studio can delete a run's evidence, and stored credentials can be removed with the deskrun cred command, Flow Studio's Credentials dialog or Windows Credential Manager. Uninstalling Deskrun does not necessarily remove flows, run evidence or credentials.

Information that may remain

Flows, run evidence and credentials remain on your machines until you or your organization remove them. Screenshots and logs can capture anything the automated application showed, including personal information, so check your organization's retention rules before keeping or sharing them.

What happens next

After you email us, support verifies the request and explains what can be removed, the expected timing and any records that need to remain.

Subscriptions and refunds

Deleting an app or requesting data deletion is not itself a cancellation or refund. Tell support if you also want help with a charge. For purchases billed by an app store, use that store's subscription and refund controls.
