What to know before choosing
Buy a Studio seat for each person who authors or records flows and a runner for each machine or container that runs flows unattended. Seat and runner counts are contractual, not tied to a device. A 30-day evaluation for internal, non-production use starts on first use. Deskrun runs on Windows (x64) only.
Need more capacity? Discuss larger capacity and agree on a supported allowance before exceeding a limit. We do not charge automatic overage fees. Each product has its own plan.
Delivery and access
Buy online at deskrun.timastra.com, or contact us for an evaluation build or a written offer. Each paid licence is a signed file checked offline, and each yearly renewal issues a new licence file from your account page.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Any applicable tax is added at checkout, and your order summary confirms the total. Your bank may charge for currency conversion.
Your order summary identifies the seller and confirms availability in your country.
License and refund terms
Deskrun licences are yearly subscriptions, per Studio seat and per runner. Each renewal issues a new signed licence file from your account page; a licence file already issued keeps working until its expiry date.
Subscriptions renew yearly until cancelled. Cancel any time from your Deskrun account page or Paddle's customer portal; cancellation stops the next renewal, and your current licence file keeps working until its expiry date.
Request a full refund of any Deskrun payment (a first purchase, a yearly renewal, or added Studio seats or runners) within 14 calendar days of that payment. A full refund ends the licence that payment bought; stop using the refunded licence file. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.
Delivery problems and refund requests
If paid access or a download is not delivered within the time stated in your order summary, contact support@timastra.com. You may choose redelivery or a full refund for non-delivery.
Send the product name and receipt reference to support@timastra.com; do not send card details. We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and to ask the seller of record to issue an approved refund within 5 business days; for Paddle purchases, Paddle issues it. Refunds return to the original payment method; the payment provider and bank control when the credit appears. Mandatory consumer rights and any more favorable merchant-of-record terms continue to apply.
Support and data after cancellation
Standard plans provide email support. 24/7 coverage, an uptime guarantee and custom implementation are outside the standard plan.

Who sells
For purchases made through Paddle checkout, Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record and reseller. Paddle charges your payment method, handles sales tax and issues approved refunds, and Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase. The charge typically appears on your statement as PADDLE.NET* followed by the product or company name. For other purchases, the order summary names the seller. See Payments & refunds.
Order confirmation
Before payment, your order summary identifies the seller, included service or license, limits, total cost and currency, taxes, access timing and geographic restrictions. It also explains renewal, cancellation and refund terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
Billing support
Email support@timastra.com with the receipt reference, purchase channel, date, amount and currency. Never send a full card number or security code.
App-store purchases
Where a product is purchased through an app store, the store's billing, cancellation and refund process applies separately from direct orders.
