Timastra Sentinel: Privacy
Reviewed September 8, 2026
Public access and pricing have not been announced. These notes describe the current product design. Final service policies and commercial terms will be published before public access.
Scope and operator
This pre-launch privacy information is specific to Timastra Sentinel. Timastra is the product brand; the legal operator and final privacy policy will be identified before public access. The website privacy policy separately covers visits and correspondence.
Information the product is designed to handle
- User identities, roles, authentication records and organization membership
- Asset identifiers, testing scopes, authorization references and emergency contacts
- Findings, evidence artifacts, comments, retest notes and report exports
- Integration metadata, assessment history and tamper-evident audit records
Purpose
Enforce assessment scope and authorization, coordinate testing, review findings, maintain evidence and support accountable reporting.
Providers, permissions and sharing
The current design supports organization sign-in, authorized assessments, protected evidence and optional event notifications. The providers and connections available to each deployment will be identified before access is offered.
The final policy will explain which providers handle data, where they process it, and any analytics or optional permissions. Browsing this page does not connect your accounts or send product data to those services.
Retention and deletion
Evidence, reports, findings and audit records may have different retention periods. The agreement for each deployment will explain those periods, legal holds and the treatment of exports and backups.
Evidence removal is engagement-specific: the assessment must have ended, its retention period must have passed and no legal hold may apply. Removing a user or ending their sessions does not erase assessment evidence or audit records. Provide the organization and engagement reference without attaching raw security evidence.
