Timastra Bookings: Privacy

Scope and operator
This pre-launch privacy information is specific to Timastra Bookings. Timastra is the product brand; the legal operator and final privacy policy will be identified before public access. The website privacy policy separately covers visits and correspondence.
Information the product is designed to handle
- Customer names, emails, phone numbers and account links
- Services, staff, appointment times, prices, booking status and no-show history
- Booking notes, custom-field answers, waitlists and review content
- Notification history, account security records, subscription events and product-use events
Purpose
Provide availability, reservations, staff scheduling, customer communications, billing administration and operational reporting.
Providers, permissions and sharing
The current design supports subscription payments and booking notifications. Available notification channels and the providers handling messages will be confirmed before public access. Push notifications are not currently promised.
The final policy will explain which providers handle data, where they process it, and any analytics or optional permissions. Browsing this page does not connect your accounts or send product data to those services.
Retention and deletion
Core booking financial records and audit evidence may remain after customer details are removed. Notifications, account information and backups have separate retention needs. The final periods and exceptions will be published before public access.
Removing a business's customer record is separate from deleting the global login account that may be used with other businesses. The current design anonymizes the customer record and removes associated personal content, while the separate global login account remains. State which records you want reviewed. Future bookings or messages already being sent may need to be resolved first.
