Current scope
This is pre-launch usage information for Timastra Bookings, not a paid-service agreement. Browsing this page does not create a subscription or authorize data processing in a product account. The website terms apply to this company website.
Intended use
Service businesses, their staff, and customers making appointments. Provide availability, reservations, staff scheduling, customer communications, billing administration and operational reporting.
Responsible use and limitations
Booking custom fields may capture sensitive information. Businesses should request only necessary details and explain their purpose. A software subscription cancellation does not cancel a customer's appointment.
Only provide records and connect systems you are authorized to use. Do not use the service to access another organization's information without permission.
Before access is offered
The final agreement must identify the legal operator, eligibility, permitted use, customer data responsibilities, intellectual property, availability and support commitments, termination, liability, dispute process and applicable law. Commercial terms and any processing agreement must be available before acceptance.
Billing and closure
A business's software subscription is separate from a customer's appointment, deposit or cancellation fee. The booking business must disclose its own appointment refund policy before payment. Timastra subscription prices and terms have not been announced.
Removing a business's customer record is separate from deleting the global login account that may be used with other businesses. The current design anonymizes the customer record and removes associated personal content, while the separate global login account remains. State which records you want reviewed. Future bookings or messages already being sent may need to be resolved first.
