Request account or data deletion

Email support@timastra.com. You can send a request without signing in or installing the product.

  1. Identify Timastra Bookings and the organization, store or engagement concerned, if any.
  2. State whether you want personal information, a login account, or an entire workspace reviewed for deletion.
  3. Where possible, write from the associated email address. Do not attach credentials or sensitive source records.

What the request covers

The customer-erasure implementation anonymizes a business's customer record and removes associated personal content. It does not delete the separate global login account, which may be used with other businesses. State whether you want a business customer record, the login account, or both reviewed. Future bookings or an active message delivery can require coordination before erasure completes.

Information that may remain

The implementation preserves core booking financial records and immutable audit evidence while clearing personal content. Its internal schedule also treats notifications, tokens and backups separately. Applicable legal periods and production enforcement need confirmation before these pages become a launch policy.

What happens next

Support will review the request, verify its scope and authority, and explain the expected timing and any applicable exceptions. This page does not automatically delete data. No product-wide deletion deadline has been approved for public launch.

Purchases are separate

Deleting an app or requesting data deletion is not itself a cancellation or refund. Tell support if you also want help with a charge. For purchases billed by an app store, use that store's subscription and refund controls.
