Important limitations
Booking custom fields may capture sensitive information. Businesses should request only necessary details and explain their purpose. A software subscription cancellation does not cancel a customer's appointment.
Availability and pricing
A business's software subscription is separate from a customer's appointment, deposit or cancellation fee. Stripe subscription code does not establish a business's appointment refund policy; the booking business must disclose that policy before a reservation is purchased.
