Timastra Payroll: Privacy
Reviewed September 11, 2026
Proposed launch pricing, not a current offer to sell. All eight products are in development. Prices, plan limits and policies may change before launch; final terms will be shown before purchase. No payment, preorder or reservation is accepted.
Scope and operator
This pre-launch privacy information is specific to Timastra Payroll. Timastra is the product brand; the legal operator and final privacy policy will be identified before public access. The website privacy policy separately covers visits and correspondence.
Information the product is designed to handle
- User identities, organization membership, roles, sessions, MFA and recovery records
- Employee contact details, employment history, pay rates, government identifiers, attendance, leave, loans and advances
- Payroll earnings, deductions, contribution bases, withholding, payslips, approvals and correction history
- Internal agency worksheets, submission and payment evidence, reconciliation records, support requests, billing references and audit events
Purpose
Import reviewed employee and attendance data, prepare payroll, calculate supported contribution and withholding cases, issue payslips, enforce independent approval, compare parallel runs, and retain evidence for employer-led filing, payment and reconciliation work.
Providers, permissions and sharing
The current design supports authenticated employer workspaces, MFA, PostgreSQL storage, receipt scanning, subscription records and configurable billing, payout and accounting relays. It does not submit filings or payments to SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG or BIR. Any provider or agency connection must be separately configured, authorized and verified before use.
The final policy will explain which providers handle data, where they process it, and any analytics or optional permissions. Browsing this page does not connect your accounts or send product data to those services.
Retention and deletion
The product supports reviewed retention proposals, legal holds and deletion evidence, but no universal public retention period has been approved. Employer payroll records, support correspondence, billing events, encrypted backups and offsite copies may follow different schedules and legal exceptions.
Removing a user or employee login is different from deleting an employer workspace or payroll history. Approved payroll, payslips, statutory preparation records, payment evidence and audit events may need to remain for the employer's recordkeeping obligations. Identify the employer, account and records concerned so support can review access removal and data deletion separately.
