Timastra Collect: Privacy
Reviewed September 8, 2026
Public access and pricing have not been announced. These notes describe the current product design. Final service policies and commercial terms will be published before public access.
Scope and operator
This pre-launch privacy information is specific to Timastra Collect. Timastra is the product brand; the legal operator and final privacy policy will be identified before public access. The website privacy policy separately covers visits and correspondence.
Information the product is designed to handle
- Member identities, email addresses, roles, organization and billing contacts
- Customer contact details, invoices, balances, payment history, obligations, promises and disputes
- Uploaded documents, reminders, replies, communication preferences, forecasts and audit events
- Connection metadata and authorized financial or mailbox data when optional integrations are enabled
Purpose
Organize receivables, forecast cash availability, prioritize collection work, communicate about invoices, reconcile payments, and administer workspace access.
Providers, permissions and sharing
The current design supports organization sign-in, subscription billing, invoice payments and email delivery. Optional bank, accounting and mailbox connections are planned for authorized business use. Available providers and the data each connection can access will be explained before public release; no connection is offered on this website.
The final policy will explain which providers handle data, where they process it, and any analytics or optional permissions. Browsing this page does not connect your accounts or send product data to those services.
Retention and deletion
Retention periods and backup expiry have not been published. Financial and communication records may need different handling. Disconnecting a service does not by itself erase imported financial records.
Closing a whole workspace is different from removing a member or deleting a customer's personal information. The current design includes workspace export and deletion. Identify the organization and the requested scope so support can review financial records, connected services and backups together.
Your requests
