Timastra Collect: Terms
Reviewed September 8, 2026
Public access and pricing have not been announced. These notes describe the current product design. Final service policies and commercial terms will be published before public access.
Current scope
This is pre-launch usage information for Timastra Collect, not a paid-service agreement. Browsing this page does not create a subscription or authorize data processing in a product account. The website terms apply to this company website.
Intended use
Finance and collections teams managing business receivables. Organize receivables, forecast cash availability, prioritize collection work, communicate about invoices, reconcile payments, and administer workspace access.
Responsible use and limitations
Forecasts and collection priorities are decision support, not a guarantee of payment or financial advice. Connect only accounts and mailboxes you are authorized to use.
Only provide records and connect systems you are authorized to use. Do not use the service to access another organization's information without permission.
Before access is offered
The final agreement must identify the legal operator, eligibility, permitted use, customer data responsibilities, intellectual property, availability and support commitments, termination, liability, dispute process and applicable law. Commercial terms and any processing agreement must be available before acceptance.
Billing and closure
A business's software subscription is separate from payments against its customer invoices. Planned payment flows use Stripe, but neither is available through this website. A customer invoice payment is not a purchase of a Timastra subscription; identify which charge your question concerns. Public subscription prices and terms have not been announced.
Closing a whole workspace is different from removing a member or deleting a customer's personal information. The current design includes workspace export and deletion. Identify the organization and the requested scope so support can review financial records, connected services and backups together.
