Scope and operator
This pre-launch privacy information is specific to Timastra Expenses. Timastra is the product brand; the legal operator and final privacy policy will be identified before public access. The website privacy policy separately covers visits and correspondence.
Information the product is designed to handle
- Names, email addresses, password hashes, sessions, invitations and organization roles
- Project funds, deposits, suppliers, expenses and engineer assignments
- Receipt files, approval decisions, liquidation history, reports and audit records
- Subscription references and account verification or recovery messages
Purpose
Track project funds, reconcile receipts and expenses, support approvals and audits, generate reports, and manage workspace access and billing.
Providers, permissions and sharing
The current design uses hosted subscription payments, account emails and receipt storage. The release will identify the providers, hosting location and how they handle product data before public access.
The final policy will explain which providers handle data, where they process it, and any analytics or optional permissions. Browsing this page does not connect your accounts or send product data to those services.
Retention and deletion
Project records, receipts and backups may need different retention periods, including any applicable legal exceptions. The final retention and deletion schedule has not been published.
Removing a workspace member is not the same as erasing an account. Financial history is reversed rather than deleted in normal workflows. Contact support to review identity, receipt and workspace data together. A public self-service deletion process has not been announced.
