Current scope
This is pre-launch usage information for Timastra Expenses, not a paid-service agreement. Browsing this page does not create a subscription or authorize data processing in a product account. The website terms apply to this company website.
Intended use
Project administrators, managers, engineers and auditors handling project funds and expenses. Track project funds, reconcile receipts and expenses, support approvals and audits, generate reports, and manage workspace access and billing.
Responsible use and limitations
Receipts can contain personal and financial details. Upload only records you are authorized to process and avoid unnecessary sensitive information. Reports do not replace professional accounting advice.
Only provide records and connect systems you are authorized to use. Do not use the service to access another organization's information without permission.
Before access is offered
The final agreement must identify the legal operator, eligibility, permitted use, customer data responsibilities, intellectual property, availability and support commitments, termination, liability, dispute process and applicable law. Commercial terms and any processing agreement must be available before acceptance.
Billing and closure
The current design supports business subscriptions and a billing portal. Prices, any trial duration, renewal terms and cancellation rules have not been announced. Development settings are not a public offer.
Removing a workspace member is not the same as erasing an account. Financial history is reversed rather than deleted in normal workflows. Contact support to review identity, receipt and workspace data together. A public self-service deletion process has not been announced.
