Include the product version, a short description of the issue and, where relevant, your organization or store name. Use redacted error messages. Do not send passwords, login codes, card numbers, identity documents or confidential records.
Product-specific guidance
Receipts can contain personal and financial details. Upload only records you are authorized to process and avoid unnecessary sensitive information. Reports do not replace professional accounting advice.
