Current scope
This is pre-launch usage information for Timastra Commerce, not a paid-service agreement. Browsing this page does not create a subscription or authorize data processing in a product account. The website terms apply to this company website.
Intended use
Philippine merchants managing online stores and the shoppers who buy from them. Operate storefronts, fulfill orders, coordinate delivery and payment status, reconcile cash on delivery, support merchants and handle privacy requests.
Responsible use and limitations
Timastra Commerce is storefront software, not the seller of every merchant's goods. Confirm the merchant shown on the order and receipt when asking about delivery or refunds.
Only provide records and connect systems you are authorized to use. Do not use the service to access another organization's information without permission.
Before access is offered
The final agreement must identify the legal operator, eligibility, permitted use, customer data responsibilities, intellectual property, availability and support commitments, termination, liability, dispute process and applicable law. Commercial terms and any processing agreement must be available before acceptance.
Billing and closure
Merchant software subscriptions are distinct from shoppers' orders. The product is designed to support cash on delivery and selected payment services. The selling merchant is responsible for its delivery, return, refund and cancellation terms. Timastra subscription prices and terms have not been announced.
The current design removes shopper contact and address details and redacts them from orders when an erasure request is approved. Sales records are preserved. Merchant accounts and whole stores have a different scope; identify the store and whether your request concerns a purchase or merchant access.
