Timastra Inventory: Terms
Reviewed September 8, 2026
Public access and pricing have not been announced. These notes describe the current product design. Final service policies and commercial terms will be published before public access.
Current scope
This is pre-launch usage information for Timastra Inventory, not a paid-service agreement. Browsing this page does not create a subscription or authorize data processing in a product account. The website terms apply to this company website.
Intended use
Warehouse, purchasing and fulfillment teams working across multiple locations. Maintain stock records, control purchasing and fulfillment, reconcile movements, forecast replenishment, and provide permission-aware reporting.
Responsible use and limitations
Inventory recommendations depend on accurate source records. Warehouse access and exports should be restricted to authorized staff; validate physical stock before operational decisions.
Only provide records and connect systems you are authorized to use. Do not use the service to access another organization's information without permission.
Before access is offered
The final agreement must identify the legal operator, eligibility, permitted use, customer data responsibilities, intellectual property, availability and support commitments, termination, liability, dispute process and applicable law. Commercial terms and any processing agreement must be available before acceptance.
Billing and closure
The current design supports business subscriptions, plan limits and optional add-ons. Public prices, billing currency, trial terms, renewal and cancellation effects have not been announced. No subscription can be purchased on this website.
Removing a member is different from closing a whole workspace. Archiving or suspending a workspace is not immediate deletion: archived organizations can be scheduled for later removal. Ask support to review personal information and workspace records separately.
