Timastra Inventory: Privacy
Reviewed September 8, 2026
Public access and pricing have not been announced. These notes describe the current product design. Final service policies and commercial terms will be published before public access.
Scope and operator
This pre-launch privacy information is specific to Timastra Inventory. Timastra is the product brand; the legal operator and final privacy policy will be identified before public access. The website privacy policy separately covers visits and correspondence.
Information the product is designed to handle
- User identities, organization membership, roles and warehouse access
- Product catalogues, suppliers, customers, stock movements, purchase and sales records
- Invoices, payments, attachments, comments, notifications and audit history
- Barcode scan events, integration mappings and subscription identifiers
Purpose
Maintain stock records, control purchasing and fulfillment, reconcile movements, forecast replenishment, and provide permission-aware reporting.
Providers, permissions and sharing
The current design supports organization sign-in, subscriptions, and optional commerce, accounting and shipping connections. Barcode scanning may use a camera or an external scanner. The release will identify available providers and explain any device permissions before use.
The final policy will explain which providers handle data, where they process it, and any analytics or optional permissions. Browsing this page does not connect your accounts or send product data to those services.
Retention and deletion
Archived workspaces are designed to remain until their retention period ends. Stock, accounting, attachment and audit records, including backups, may require different retention periods. The final schedule will be published before public access.
Removing a member is different from closing a whole workspace. Archiving or suspending a workspace is not immediate deletion: archived organizations can be scheduled for later removal. Ask support to review personal information and workspace records separately.
