Desktop downloads and new Paddle purchases are in preparation. The information below distinguishes the planned offer from existing license support.
Desktop availability and use
NotesGalore Desktop is being prepared for distribution by Timastra LLC. Public installers and new desktop purchases are not available here yet. The software is proprietary; use a distributed copy under its accompanying license and the terms accepted for your order. This page does not replace an existing customer's agreement.
Your content
You own your content and are responsible for keeping backups and using material you are authorized to process. Timastra claims no ownership over your notes. Check exports and restored backups before removing the originals. The app is provided as is to the extent permitted by law; mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Free and Pro
The prepared desktop offer has Free and Pro tiers. Pro covers the listed local tools during a verified paid period. No trial is offered by default. Hosted AI, managed cloud storage and hosted collaboration are not included. Ending paid access restricts premium creation and editing tools; existing notes and attachments remain readable and exportable, and no content is deleted. Free tools remain available.
Subscriptions and existing Lifetime purchases
The prepared Pro subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Cancellation stops renewal and preserves the verified period already paid for. Existing Lifetime purchases keep their eligible on-device features under their original terms, without conversion or recurring charges. They do not promise all future features or hosted services.
Separate platforms
Google Play purchases remain governed by Google Play and the Android app's terms. A Google Play order does not automatically grant a desktop Paddle entitlement. A backup of your notes does not carry a paid entitlement. Cross-platform purchase transfer and a desktop device allowance are not promised by this page.
