Desktop downloads and new Paddle purchases are in preparation. The information below distinguishes the planned offer from existing license support.
Desktop release and installation
A public desktop installer is not available yet. Release version, operating-system requirements, file size, signing status, checksum and installation instructions will be supplied with the verified download. Windows development testing does not establish commercial availability for Windows, macOS or Linux.
Existing desktop licenses
In a configured build, open Settings → Upgrade and use the license-key activation or Restore purchases control. Existing signed desktop activations need an online refresh at least every 30 days. If activation cannot be verified, reconnect and try again; do not clear your notes or repurchase to fix a license problem. Contact support if the build lacks activation controls.
Payment or delivery problems
Keep your purchase confirmation and use its verified management link. If you were charged and cannot activate, contact support with your order reference, app version, operating system and a short description. Do not send your license key, activation token, payment-card details or private notes. Do not repeat a purchase while its result is uncertain.
Reinstalling or moving computers
Make and verify an independent backup before replacing a computer or reinstalling. Restoring a purchase does not restore notes. Ask support about the correct release and your existing license before moving devices; this page does not promise a new download or automatic cross-platform purchase transfer.
