Your notes and files
NotesGalore is a local-first notes, tasks and calendar app. You retain ownership of your content. Keep backups of important records and review files before exporting or sharing them. Hosted sync is not part of the current Android offering. Local files can be lost if device storage is cleared or the app is removed; purchase restoration does not restore those files.
Free and Pro features
Use the free app without a purchase. Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase for eligible on-device features: graph tools, advanced search, deeper version history and the Pro attachment allowance. Backup, export and recovery remain available without a subscription or trial. Pro does not include hosted sync, cloud backup, publishing hosting, hosted AI or hosted collaboration.
Purchases and restoration
Google Play handles Android purchases and displays the price and applicable purchase terms before confirmation. RevenueCat validates the purchase entitlement. Use Restore purchases on the upgrade screen with the appropriate store account to recover eligible purchase access. If you bought an earlier version or are changing platforms, contact support before buying again so we can check your purchase access. Existing purchases and subscriptions, if any, retain their applicable store terms. Refund and cancellation requests follow the applicable store process and your legal rights.
Privacy and use
The NotesGalore privacy policy describes local content, optional features and purchase-related data. Do not use the app to violate others' rights or applicable law. Support does not need your private notes, store receipt tokens or backup passwords.
Preview builds
If you install a preview build, it may contain defects or incomplete features and may be replaced or withdrawn. Preserve your own backup before using a preview with important records. Preview access does not include hosted services unless they are expressly listed.
Changes and rights
The published date will change when these terms change. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support@timastra.com for help with the current app or an earlier purchase.
