What to expect

  • Choose multiple PDFs to merge them. Use checkboxes or page ranges to extract pages; move and rotate pages before exporting. Split exports contain one selected page per PDF in a ZIP.
  • This tool lists original page numbers, not visual thumbnails. Review the source files when choosing pages.
  • Digital signatures are not preserved. Forms, links, bookmarks, attachments and accessibility tags may change or be omitted. Review the result, especially interactive documents.
  • Protected or damaged PDFs are unsupported. Large or complex files may exceed your device’s resources. Originals are never overwritten.

How to merge, split and organize PDF pages

  1. Choose your PDFs together. The list shows the original filename and page number for each page.
  2. Keep the pages you need using checkboxes or page ranges. Move pages up or down and add 90-degree rotations.
  3. Choose one combined PDF or separate page PDFs in a ZIP, then select Create download. Download and review the result.

Common questions

Can I merge PDF files for free without uploading them?

Yes. Choose up to 10 PDFs totaling 20 MB and 100 pages. Your browser copies the selected pages into a new file; the tool does not upload documents or require an account.

How do I extract or remove pages from a PDF?

Check only the pages you want to keep. Page ranges refer to positions in the current list. Export one combined PDF to extract those pages together, or choose separate page PDFs to download a ZIP. Unchecked pages are left out.

Does splitting a PDF preserve signatures and forms?

Digital signatures are not preserved. Forms, bookmarks, links, attachments and accessibility tags can change or be omitted. Keep the original and review the exported file before sharing.

Can this organizer read password-protected PDFs?

Protected or damaged PDFs are unsupported. There is no password collection or unlocking service. The page list uses original filenames and page numbers rather than thumbnails.
