The holy mountain of the Tagalog south, wreathed in pilgrimage sites, "puwestos", and mystic lore. Its summit and crater rim (Durungawan) lie inside a protected area; check the access information before planning any climb, since lower-slope pilgrimage does not extend to the summit.
