Weightwise is provided by Timastra LLC for adults aged 18 and over. These terms describe the app and optional Premium Insights purchase. Questions: support@timastra.com.
Purpose
Weightwise supports personal tracking of weight and related nutrition, activity, sleep and wellbeing records. Its summaries are informational self-tracking tools. They do not provide a medical diagnosis or a treatment plan. Seek a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
Your records
Health records and app settings are stored locally. You control optional health connections, exports, backups and sharing. Check the accuracy of entered and imported information and keep backups of records you want to retain. The optional access lock is not database encryption. Exported files require appropriate protection; the app also offers a password-protected backup option. Support cannot remotely recover local records or your backup password. Restoring a purchase does not restore health records.
Free and Premium features
Basic tracking and standard weight analytics are free. Premium Insights is a one-time purchase for deeper insights, multi-week context and enriched PDF features, with no new monthly, annual or trial plan. Existing subscribers retain their applicable store terms and entitlement. The lifetime entitlement covers local features, not hosted services.
Store purchases
Google Play presents the price and purchase terms and processes Android purchases. RevenueCat validates entitlement status. Use Restore purchases with the appropriate store account to restore eligible access. If you bought an earlier Android version, contact support before buying again so we can check your purchase access. Refunds and existing-subscription cancellation use the applicable store process and remain subject to your legal rights. Clearing local app data does not cancel a subscription or erase provider-held purchase records.
Privacy
The Weightwise privacy policy describes local health processing, on-device recognition SDK diagnostics and purchase-related data. Send privacy requests to support@timastra.com without including health exports, receipt tokens or backup passwords unless a secure, necessary method has been agreed.
Preview builds and appropriate use
If you install a preview build, it may contain defects or be withdrawn. Keep a separate record of important information while using previews. Do not interfere with the app's security, misuse store purchase systems or use the app unlawfully.
Changes and rights
The published date will change when these terms change. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support@timastra.com for help with the current app or an earlier purchase.
