Timastra Cycle is provided by Timastra LLC. These terms describe the current offering and apply when presented and accepted or incorporated into your applicable app licence or order. Publishing them does not record acceptance by an existing user. Questions: support@timastra.com.
Use and your content
Use the app lawfully under the licence supplied with your installation and any applicable store terms. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or misuse purchase verification. You retain rights in your content; supply, import or share only information and images you are authorized to use. Keep a recovery copy of important records. Buying access does not transfer ownership of the software or promise every future feature.
Adult personal diary
Cycle is for adults aged 18 and over. The current gated Android internal test provides a personal diary, selective reports and local deletion without an account or paid plan. Clinical estimates, reviewed health lessons and purchases are disabled. Cycle is not a medical device, diagnosis, contraception method or treatment service. Seek a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions and urgent care.
Records and sharing
Diary records remain in an encrypted local database. Timastra has no automatically uploaded diary to recover. You select records for exports and may create a password-protected backup. CSV and PDF reports can be read by their recipients; check the selection and destination before sharing. Android backup and device transfer exclude app-owned data. Losing a device or removing the app without your own backup can lose your history. Reminders depend on device settings and are not guaranteed at an exact time.
Internal-test availability
An internal test may contain defects, change or be withdrawn. Keep an independent record of information needed for care. A future billing or hosted-content service requires its actual offer and updated terms and disclosures before activation; these terms do not authorize a future charge.
Privacy, choices and support
Read the Timastra Cycle privacy policy for the actual data, providers and permissions, and the deletion instructions before clearing data. Optional permissions and data sharing are separate choices; accepting terms does not enable them. Contact support@timastra.com with the app version and a non-sensitive description. Do not send passwords, purchase tokens, private databases or backup secrets.
Changes and your rights
These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Existing purchases keep their applicable purchase terms; local deletion or uninstalling does not cancel a store subscription or erase provider records. Material changes require the applicable notice and, where required, renewed acceptance before they apply. A new published date alone does not establish that you accepted a change. Availability can be affected by maintenance, device restrictions or third-party services; contact support if paid access is unavailable.
