Who provides this app
Timastra Cycle is provided by Timastra LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #38687, Casper, WY 82609, US. Privacy questions can be sent to support@timastra.com.
This policy explains the app’s data use, including optional features and differences between supported platforms.
Current internal test
This notice covers Cycle's gated Android internal-test build. Core use needs no account. Purchases, clinical estimates and reviewed health lessons are unavailable in this build. Cycle is a personal diary, not a medical device, diagnosis, contraception method or treatment service. Seek a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.
Health records and local security
Periods, symptoms, temperature, test results, reproductive and intimacy events, medication notes and appointment questions are stored in an encrypted local database on your device. The app does not automatically upload your diary to Timastra or a health service. An optional device access lock helps limit access on a shared device. Android automatic backup and device transfer are excluded for app-owned data. Losing the device or uninstalling without your own backup may lose your history.
Reports, backups and reminders
You choose the records included in CSV or PDF exports and may create a password-protected backup. Reports and exported CSV files are readable by their recipients; protect them and choose sharing destinations carefully. Those destinations have their own privacy practices. Optional reminders use generic wording and device notification permission. Delivery depends on Android settings and is not guaranteed at an exact time.
External reading and disabled services
The app guide links to named external health resources. Opening them uses your browser and the destination's privacy policy; Cycle does not add diary records or personalized query parameters to those links. The internal build does not initialize RevenueCat purchases or a configured content-download service. There are no advertising or analytics services for your health events. Enabling any future billing or content service requires updated disclosures for its actual providers and data use.
Retention and deletion
Use the app's local erasure controls to remove health history, or clear app storage/uninstall to remove installed local data. Keep a private backup first if you need a recovery copy. Erasure cannot remove reports, backups or copies already saved or shared elsewhere; delete those separately with their recipients or storage providers. Timastra cannot remotely recover or erase a diary it does not hold. There is no Cycle account to delete in this internal build. Store or earlier engineering-test transaction records follow their provider's procedures; local erasure does not cancel a store subscription.

Support messages and your privacy choices
If you contact us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, troubleshoot and handle privacy requests. Email and hosting providers process these communications and ordinary connection information. We retain correspondence as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations; you may request deletion of correspondence.
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of personal information we hold, or raise an objection or withdraw consent where applicable. Local-only records must be managed on your device because we do not hold a remote copy. Optional device permissions can be revoked in system settings. Service providers may process data outside your country under their own policies; security also depends on your device and any destinations you choose for exports.
Contact and policy changes
Email support@timastra.com for Timastra Cycle privacy questions. Include the app name and enough non-sensitive information to identify your request. Never send passwords, authentication codes, recovery keys or private health, financial or photo backups. We may need to verify ownership before releasing or deleting hosted records.
Material changes to the app's data practices will be reflected in this policy with an updated date and in the app where appropriate. Visiting this page is also covered by our website privacy policy.
