Timastra Commerce is the merchant app for stores that use the Timastra Commerce service. It is provided by Timastra LLC. These terms cover authorized store staff aged 18 and over. Questions and support: support@timastra.com.
Authorized access
Use only the store account and role provided or approved for you. Keep credentials private and do not access another merchant's store or records.
What the app does
The app connects to the Timastra Commerce service to manage products, photos, orders, delivery and cash-on-delivery reconciliation. Your role and the store's plan determine which functions are available. The mobile download is free and has no separate mobile subscription or Google Play digital purchase. Store plans are billed separately through Paddle.
Merchant responsibilities
The merchant sells the goods and is responsible for its prices, delivery, returns, refunds, cancellations and customer-facing store policy. Timastra provides the store software only and is not a party to sales between merchants and shoppers. Shopper orders are currently paid by cash on delivery; Timastra does not hold or transfer shopper money.
Your data and privacy
You retain rights in content you supply. Only upload product content and customer records you are authorized to use. See the Timastra Commerce privacy policy for the data the app and service handle.
Access, deletion and support
Contact support@timastra.com to request access, correction or deletion, identifying the store. Signing out or uninstalling does not delete hosted store records or cancel a plan. See the deletion instructions.
Service availability and updates
Maintenance and interruptions may occur; actions queued offline are sent when the app reconnects. Do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access or use it unlawfully. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updates carry a new published date.
