PictureSort is provided by Timastra LLC. These terms describe the current offering and apply when presented and accepted or incorporated into your applicable app licence or order. Publishing them does not record acceptance by an existing user. Questions: support@timastra.com.
Use and your content
Use the app lawfully under the licence supplied with your installation and any applicable store terms. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or misuse purchase verification. You retain rights in your content; supply, import or share only information and images you are authorized to use. Keep a recovery copy of important records. Buying access does not transfer ownership of the software or promise every future feature.
Local Android photo organization
PictureSort indexes the photos allowed by Android permissions using recognition on your device. It has no account or photo-upload service and does not request Internet access. It does not change, move or delete original photos. Recognition and face matches can be wrong; review and correct assignments before using or sharing them. iOS is not a supported release platform.
Faces, exports and recovery
Names, face areas and numerical face representations can be sensitive. Use and share them only where you have the necessary permission or other lawful authority. Full index backups are passphrase-protected; support cannot recover a forgotten passphrase. Labels/people reports, XMP exports and older JSON backups are readable. Selected-name transfers include face representations. Review shared copies and recipients carefully; a face-covering feature is not a guarantee that every person or private detail was detected.
Deletion
Deleting PictureSort data removes the app's local index and private caches; original photos and exported copies remain. Revoke photo access to stop future reads and delete copies separately at their destinations. No business signup or hosted-data agreement is required to organize local photos.
Privacy, choices and support
Read the PictureSort privacy policy for the actual data, providers and permissions, and the deletion instructions before clearing data. Optional permissions and data sharing are separate choices; accepting terms does not enable them. Contact support@timastra.com with the app version and a non-sensitive description. Do not send passwords, purchase tokens, private databases or backup secrets.
Changes and your rights
These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Existing purchases keep their applicable purchase terms; local deletion or uninstalling does not cancel a store subscription or erase provider records. Material changes require the applicable notice and, where required, renewed acceptance before they apply. A new published date alone does not establish that you accepted a change. Availability can be affected by maintenance, device restrictions or third-party services; contact support if paid access is unavailable.
