PictureSort — Support

An Android photo index with recognition performed on the device.

Email support@timastra.com. Include PictureSort, your app version, device model, operating-system version, what happened and what you expected. You do not need an account on this website.

Include the Android version, photo-permission mode and affected indexing or search action. Recognition and face assignments can be wrong and can be corrected. Do not attach a full index backup or personal face data to an initial support request.

An email link opens your mail app; it sends nothing until you choose to send. You can also copy the address into your email service. Support is by email, with no guaranteed response time.

Keep sensitive information private

Remove personal details from screenshots and error messages. Never send passwords, authentication codes, payment-card details, recovery keys or access tokens. Send only the information needed to explain the issue.

Privacy and deletion

Read the PictureSort privacy policy or follow the account and data deletion instructions. You can ask for help with either by email without reinstalling the app.

Purchases, where available

Use the store account that made the purchase to restore it or manage subscriptions. App deletion does not cancel a subscription. For billing help, provide the store and order reference, never a payment credential or purchase token. Refund decisions follow the store's process and applicable law.
