PictureSort
PictureSort — Account & data deletion
An Android photo index with recognition performed on the device.
How to delete PictureSort data
Use Settings > Delete PictureSort data, Android Clear storage or uninstall to remove the local index. The in-app action clears index tables, preferences and app-private caches and retries interrupted deletion before startup. Clear recent searches from Search separately if you want to keep the rest of the index. Original photos and exports are unaffected; delete exported copies at their destinations. Revoke photo access in Android settings to restrict future reads.
Request deletion by email
Email support@timastra.com with the subject PictureSort — Account & data deletion. State whether you want an account, specific hosted data or previous support correspondence deleted. For apps with accounts, include the account email and relevant store/workspace; for apps without accounts, describe the data concerned.
No website sign-in or app reinstall is required to make a request. We may verify ownership and explain which records can be deleted and which must be retained. Sending an email starts a request; it does not instantly erase data. Never send a password, recovery key, receipt token or a private backup.
Copies and purchases
Local-only information must be removed on your device. Exported files, recipient copies and operating-system backups may need separate deletion. Uninstalling an app does not cancel subscriptions or automatically delete store, merchant or service-provider records.
See the PictureSort privacy policy for data handling and retention, or contact app support for help.
