Bundok ng Pinas is provided by Timastra LLC. These terms describe the current offering and apply when presented and accepted or incorporated into your applicable app licence or order. Publishing them does not record acceptance by an existing user. Questions: support@timastra.com.
Use and your content
Use the app lawfully under the licence supplied with your installation and any applicable store terms. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or misuse purchase verification. You retain rights in your content; supply, import or share only information and images you are authorized to use. Keep a recovery copy of important records. Buying access does not transfer ownership of the software or promise every future feature.
Hiking and health information
The app supports mountain browsing and a personal hiking log, without an account. Maps, forecasts, tracks, elevation and health summaries are informational and can be incomplete or inaccurate. Check official conditions, route access and local guidance before a hike. The app does not provide medical advice, emergency rescue or a guarantee of safe navigation.
Your logbook
Logs, photos, tracks and attached health summaries remain locally. Location recording and health imports require the relevant permissions. You can browse and manually log climbs without location permission. Maps and weather requests disclose the requested area to their providers. Backups, GPX exports and summit cards can contain precise location, names, photos or health data and are not encrypted by the app. Protect them before sharing.
Bundok Pro
Android Pro is an optional one-time Google Play purchase for summit cards and supported real-track 3D flyovers and video export. There is no subscription or trial. Google Play presents the price and purchase terms; RevenueCat verifies and restores ownership. Restore using the original Google Play account. A refund or revocation removes future Pro access after ownership refresh without deleting saved hiking data or earlier exports. Refunds follow the store process and mandatory rights.
Privacy, choices and support
Read the Bundok ng Pinas privacy policy for the actual data, providers and permissions, and the deletion instructions before clearing data. Optional permissions and data sharing are separate choices; accepting terms does not enable them. Contact support@timastra.com with the app version and a non-sensitive description. Do not send passwords, purchase tokens, private databases or backup secrets.
Changes and your rights
These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Existing purchases keep their applicable purchase terms; local deletion or uninstalling does not cancel a store subscription or erase provider records. Material changes require the applicable notice and, where required, renewed acceptance before they apply. A new published date alone does not establish that you accepted a change. Availability can be affected by maintenance, device restrictions or third-party services; contact support if paid access is unavailable.
