Who provides this app
Timastra Listing Studio is provided by Timastra LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #38687, Casper, WY 82609, US. Privacy questions can be sent to support@timastra.com.
This policy explains the app’s data use, including optional features and differences between supported platforms.
Current Free editor internal test
This notice covers Listing Studio's Free-only Android internal-test build. Accounts, subscriptions and cloud assistance are disabled. No account or payment is required for the local editor. The build does not automatically send your product images or editing projects to Timastra or a cloud image provider.
Photos and local projects
Photos you select, original files and metadata, working copies, cutout masks, edit history, logos, saved styles and cached exports remain on your device. Local processing uses the bundled cutout model. Camera and photo-picker permissions support inputs you choose and files you save. You remain responsible for the rights to the source photos and logos. Removing app storage may erase local projects.
Backups and exports
You can explicitly save or share a batch backup containing original images and metadata, working copies, masks, logos and editing history. Listing Studio does not encrypt these backups. Keep them private. Restoring creates a new local copy. Gallery exports and files shared to other apps are controlled by those destinations and remain there after local deletion. Temporary share attachments are removed on the next app startup or when you delete all local data.
Local diagnostics and future services
Aggregate operation counts and processing duration remain local without image content, filenames or purchase proofs. Optional feedback stores estimated time saved, a rating and date locally, capped at 100 entries. You may copy a diagnostic report and choose to share it yourself. There are no advertising or analytics SDKs. A future account, purchase or cloud-assistance release needs updated provider, retention and data-use disclosures before those services are enabled.
Retention and deletion
Delete individual batches or use Account > Delete all local data to remove app-managed projects, photos, temporary share attachments, local metrics, feedback and preferences. Delete Gallery exports, backups and shared copies separately from their destinations. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes installed local data; Timastra has no remote project copy to recover. No Listing Studio account deletion is necessary in the Free editor internal test because account initialization is disabled.
View deletion instructions and request help.
Support messages and your privacy choices
If you contact us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, troubleshoot and handle privacy requests. Email and hosting providers process these communications and ordinary connection information. We retain correspondence as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations; you may request deletion of correspondence.
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of personal information we hold, or raise an objection or withdraw consent where applicable. Local-only records must be managed on your device because we do not hold a remote copy. Optional device permissions can be revoked in system settings. Service providers may process data outside your country under their own policies; security also depends on your device and any destinations you choose for exports.
Contact and policy changes
