Mobile Learning is provided by Timastra LLC. These terms cover free learning and optional Mobile Learning Plus. Questions: support@timastra.com.
Free learning
All ten courses, ordinary review, hints and pronunciation remain free. Plus provides optional custom practice, saved vocabulary and practice insights; it is not required to complete a course. Protect your device and keep copies of exports you need. Learning content supports practice and does not certify proficiency.
Adult billing
Only adults aged 18 or older may sign in for billing or authorize a purchase. Use your own verified Timastra account and the appropriate Google Play account. Billing identity is separate from the local learner profile. Do not provide a child's personal information or learning records to the billing service.
Subscriptions and trial
When checkout is available, Google Play displays the live localized price and purchase terms for monthly or annual Plus before confirmation. The annual price is charged for the full year. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play. A seven-day annual trial is offered only when Google Play confirms eligibility; the screen identifies the subsequent annual charge. An ineligible account must choose the displayed paid option explicitly. Licensed sandbox test transactions are for acceptance only and do not confer production access.
Restore, cancellation and access
Restore using the original Google Play account and original Timastra billing account. Purchases stay with the original named billing account and cannot be transferred by restoring on another account. Cancel renewal in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Confirmed paid time and applicable grace remain usable until expiry; refunds and revocations remove access after refresh. Offline access is bounded by the signed lease, at most seven days and never past confirmed expiry. Reboot or clock anomalies require an adult online refresh. No new access is granted from pending or unverified purchases.
Privacy and deletion
See the Mobile Learning privacy policy and deletion page. Deleting the billing account disables Mobile Learning billing access and requests RevenueCat customer deletion. It preserves the shared Timastra identity and local learner data. Deleting billing data, clearing storage or uninstalling does not cancel Play renewal or refund a purchase. Manage local learning data and shared-account deletion separately. Refunds follow Google Play's process and applicable rights.
Support and updates
Contact support@timastra.com with the app version and a non-sensitive error. Do not send passwords, access tokens, recordings or learning exports. Service availability may be interrupted for maintenance. Use the app lawfully and do not attempt unauthorized access. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes receive an updated published date.
