ImageEnhancer — Legacy use and purchase guidance

ImageEnhancer was retired on 29 August 2026 and superseded by Restora. No new access is offered. Timastra LLC retains this guidance for existing installations; it does not replace an earlier accepted licence or purchase contract or establish that a historical server is available. Existing installations
Use your installation under its actual licence and original purchase terms. Timastra does not offer a new subscription or licence for this retired prototype. An independently configured server is controlled by its operator, including its availability, providers and retention. Contact that operator before sending photos or relying on a historical plan.
Photos and processing
Use only images and likenesses you are authorized to process. On-device restoration is separate from selected server/AI tools that upload photos or clips to the configured server and, where enabled, its inference provider. Review the indicated processing path. Restored images can invent details and are interpretations rather than evidence. Optional cloud-library storage is separate from job processing and local history.
Existing purchases and privacy
Any existing purchases keep their applicable store and server terms. Manage subscriptions, cancellation and refunds with the original store and applicable rights. Uninstalling does not cancel renewal or erase a hosted cloud library or ledger. Read the legacy privacy policy and deletion instructions. Ad consent and privacy choices remain separate from a licence.
Support and rights
Contact support@timastra.com with the app version, configured server and a non-sensitive error. Do not initially email personal photos, passwords or receipt tokens. This guidance does not remove mandatory rights or record agreement to new terms on your behalf.
