ImageEnhancer — Account & data deletion
Photo restoration with local processing and optional server features.
How to delete ImageEnhancer data
Remove local history entries and use Settings > Cloud library > Forget cloud library before clearing app data if you want the hosted library removed. Uninstalling loses the local random identifier and does not erase the server's plan, credit or ad-accounting ledger. Contact support with the configured server and non-secret device reference for a ledger access or deletion request. Ledger retention depends on the server operator and applicable accounting or fraud-prevention needs; no fixed expiry has been published. Delete saved photo-library copies and exports separately.
Request deletion by email
Email support@timastra.com with the subject ImageEnhancer — Account & data deletion. State whether you want an account, specific hosted data or previous support correspondence deleted. For apps with accounts, include the account email and relevant store/workspace; for apps without accounts, describe the data concerned.
No website sign-in or app reinstall is required to make a request. We may verify ownership and explain which records can be deleted and which must be retained. Sending an email starts a request; it does not instantly erase data. Never send a password, recovery key, receipt token or a private backup.
Copies and purchases
Local-only information must be removed on your device. Exported files, recipient copies and operating-system backups may need separate deletion. Uninstalling an app does not cancel subscriptions or automatically delete store, merchant or service-provider records.
See the ImageEnhancer privacy policy for data handling and retention, or contact app support for help.
