Atlas Weather is provided by Timastra LLC. These terms describe the current offering and apply when presented and accepted or incorporated into your applicable app licence or order. Publishing them does not record acceptance by an existing user. Questions: support@timastra.com.
Use and your content
Use the app lawfully under the licence supplied with your installation and any applicable store terms. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or misuse purchase verification. You retain rights in your content; supply, import or share only information and images you are authorized to use. Keep a recovery copy of important records. Buying access does not transfer ownership of the software or promise every future feature.
Weather and safety
Atlas displays weather, maps and hazards from the sources identified in your build. Coverage, timing and accuracy vary. Use official local warnings and emergency services for safety decisions. App alerts, routes and forecasts do not guarantee safe travel, conditions or notification delivery.
Places and services
No Atlas account is required. You can select a place manually or permit device location. Selected coordinates, searches, route points and map areas are sent to the relevant providers. Saved places, monitoring rules, journal records and caches remain locally; Atlas does not encrypt its database or exports. Review lock-screen notifications and shared exports for private place information.
Purchases
Where a paid plan is offered, Google Play or Microsoft Store presents the actual price, purchase type and applicable terms before confirmation. Read that offer for the included features, any renewal, cancellation and refund process. Do not infer a subscription or a lifetime entitlement from this page. Restore eligible access using the original store account; purchase restoration does not restore local saved places or journal data. Mandatory rights remain.
Privacy, choices and support
Read the Atlas Weather privacy policy for the actual data, providers and permissions, and the deletion instructions before clearing data. Optional permissions and data sharing are separate choices; accepting terms does not enable them. Contact support@timastra.com with the app version and a non-sensitive description. Do not send passwords, purchase tokens, private databases or backup secrets.
Changes and your rights
These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Existing purchases keep their applicable purchase terms; local deletion or uninstalling does not cancel a store subscription or erase provider records. Material changes require the applicable notice and, where required, renewed acceptance before they apply. A new published date alone does not establish that you accepted a change. Availability can be affected by maintenance, device restrictions or third-party services; contact support if paid access is unavailable.
