Atlas Weather
Atlas Weather — Account & data deletion
Weather, maps and hazard monitoring without an Atlas account.
How to delete Atlas Weather data
Remove saved places and journal entries in their screens, clear caches and optional API keys in Settings, and stop monitoring when no longer needed. Use Android Settings > Apps > Atlas Weather > Storage > Clear storage for a complete local reset. Saved data remains until removed; ordinary caches and alert history are pruned to app limits. Delete exported JSON and CSV copies separately. Provider logs and store purchase records are controlled by those providers.
Request deletion by email
Email support@timastra.com with the subject Atlas Weather — Account & data deletion. State whether you want an account, specific hosted data or previous support correspondence deleted. For apps with accounts, include the account email and relevant store/workspace; for apps without accounts, describe the data concerned.
No website sign-in or app reinstall is required to make a request. We may verify ownership and explain which records can be deleted and which must be retained. Sending an email starts a request; it does not instantly erase data. Never send a password, recovery key, receipt token or a private backup.
Copies and purchases
Local-only information must be removed on your device. Exported files, recipient copies and operating-system backups may need separate deletion. Uninstalling an app does not cancel subscriptions or automatically delete store, merchant or service-provider records.
See the Atlas Weather privacy policy for data handling and retention, or contact app support for help.
