WordTrail is provided by Timastra LLC. These terms describe the current offering and apply when presented and accepted or incorporated into your applicable app licence or order. Publishing them does not record acceptance by an existing user. Questions: support@timastra.com.
Use and your content
Use the app lawfully under the licence supplied with your installation and any applicable store terms. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or misuse purchase verification. You retain rights in your content; supply, import or share only information and images you are authorized to use. Keep a recovery copy of important records. Buying access does not transfer ownership of the software or promise every future feature.
Free learning
All seven existing learning trails remain free. Core practice has no account, ads or purchase prompts. Progress stays on your device and learning summaries are practice tools, not a certification of proficiency. A parent or guardian should supervise sharing and authorize purchases where required.
Family Pack
The optional Family Pack is a one-time store purchase behind a grown-ups question. There are no subscriptions or consumable purchases. It unlocks a local parent progress report and reviewed additional word packs; draft packs remain hidden. Read the actual store offer, price and refund terms before confirming. Restore eligible ownership with the original store account. Purchase restoration does not restore learning progress, and cached ownership does not guarantee immediate refund or revocation reconciliation.
Backup codes and pronunciation
Backup codes can move progress between installations but are not encrypted: anyone with a code can read its learning totals and review schedule. Keep codes private and remove saved copies separately when deleting data. The device's text-to-speech engine supplies pronunciation; voices and any network use depend on the installed engine and settings. Resetting saved progress is separate from restoring Family Pack ownership.
Privacy, choices and support
Read the WordTrail privacy policy for the actual data, providers and permissions, and the deletion instructions before clearing data. Optional permissions and data sharing are separate choices; accepting terms does not enable them. Contact support@timastra.com with the app version and a non-sensitive description. Do not send passwords, purchase tokens, private databases or backup secrets.
Changes and your rights
These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Existing purchases keep their applicable purchase terms; local deletion or uninstalling does not cancel a store subscription or erase provider records. Material changes require the applicable notice and, where required, renewed acceptance before they apply. A new published date alone does not establish that you accepted a change. Availability can be affected by maintenance, device restrictions or third-party services; contact support if paid access is unavailable.
