Mimora — Data deletion
Mimora has no user account to delete. Phone storage, Timastra's processing PC and exported/shared media hold separate copies.

On the phone
In Videos, select a clip and confirm Delete. Clear Mimora's app storage or uninstall to remove all app-private videos, retained face photos, access codes and job receipts. Original files outside Mimora remain. Remove testing access clears the saved credential without deleting media.
On Timastra's processing PC
Hosted media is scheduled for automatic deletion 24 hours after processing ends; unsubmitted face uploads are scheduled after 24 hours. Cleanup runs while the backend is online and on its next start after downtime. Cancellation stops compute but does not immediately delete files. For earlier deletion or access revocation, email support@timastra.com with your tester invitation label and approximate job time. We verify authority before deleting someone else's media; do not email your access code. Legacy USB helper files on a tester-owned PC must be removed by that PC's operator.
Exports and support records
Delete exports at their selected destination and ask sharing recipients to remove their copies. Backups require separate handling. For an existing support conversation, email support@timastra.com and identify Mimora and that conversation. The website privacy notice explains support retention and records required for legal or security reasons. We cannot remotely erase files on your phone or a recipient's device.
