Who provides this app
Restora is provided under the Timastra brand. Timastra LLC is the planned legal entity; its formation and the transfer of app operations to it are pending. This policy will be updated when that transition is complete. Privacy questions can be sent to support@timastra.com.
This policy covers the app and the features described below. Platform-specific features apply only where supported.
Photos, identity and notifications
Restora uploads only the photos you choose for restoration. An anonymous account ID supports your allowance and subscription. Optional Apple or Google linking can supply profile information to Firebase. Notification tokens deliver results; app verification and short-lived hashed network identifiers help prevent abuse. There are no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, and personal data is not sold or shared for advertising.
AI processing and storage
Selected photos are uploaded to Cloudflare R2 and sent to restoration providers, currently Replicate, fal.ai and Google's Gemini image API. An automated safety classifier checks generated results. Restora does not train its own models on your photos. Originals and restored outputs are scheduled for deletion within 30 days using storage lifecycle and backend cleanup. Image-free job/accounting records have separate retention needs.
Payments and age
Apple or Google processes subscriptions, with RevenueCat managing entitlement status. Restora does not receive payment-card numbers. It is not directed at children under 13. Generated restoration can reconstruct or invent missing detail and should not be treated as evidence of the original scene.
Retention and deletion
Use Settings > Delete account or email support with the subject Restora account deletion. You can request deletion without reinstalling or signing into this website. Provide the app account reference or linked sign-in email, never a password or token, so ownership can be verified. Hosted originals and outputs are removed through cleanup, which can take up to 30 days if storage is unavailable. Image-free accounting records may remain where needed for recordkeeping. Delete device exports separately; account deletion does not cancel an app-store subscription.

Support messages and your privacy choices
If you contact us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, troubleshoot and handle privacy requests. Email and hosting providers process these communications and ordinary connection information. We retain correspondence as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations; you may request deletion of correspondence.
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of personal information we hold, or raise an objection or withdraw consent where applicable. Local-only records must be managed on your device because we do not hold a remote copy. Optional device permissions can be revoked in system settings. Service providers may process data outside your country under their own policies; security also depends on your device and any destinations you choose for exports.
Contact and policy changes
Email support@timastra.com for Restora privacy questions. Include the app name and enough non-sensitive information to identify your request. Never send passwords, authentication codes, recovery keys or private health, financial or photo backups. We may need to verify ownership before releasing or deleting hosted records.
Material changes to the app's data practices will be reflected in this policy with an updated date and in the app where appropriate. Visiting this page is also covered by our website privacy policy.
