Fortuna
Fortuna — Account & data deletion
Personal finance records stored in an encrypted local database.
How to delete Fortuna data
Use the app's record controls to remove unwanted information. For a full Android reset, clear app storage; preserve an encrypted backup first only if you intend to keep a copy. Delete exported reports, shared files and backup archives separately. Store and RevenueCat records follow their retention requirements; local deletion does not cancel purchases or remove provider records. Contact support for privacy requests about provider-linked app records without sending your financial ledger or backup passphrase.
Request deletion by email
Email support@timastra.com with the subject Fortuna — Account & data deletion. State whether you want an account, specific hosted data or previous support correspondence deleted. For apps with accounts, include the account email and relevant store/workspace; for apps without accounts, describe the data concerned.
No website sign-in or app reinstall is required to make a request. We may verify ownership and explain which records can be deleted and which must be retained. Sending an email starts a request; it does not instantly erase data. Never send a password, recovery key, receipt token or a private backup.
Copies and purchases
Local-only information must be removed on your device. Exported files, recipient copies and operating-system backups may need separate deletion. Uninstalling an app does not cancel subscriptions or automatically delete store, merchant or service-provider records.
See the Fortuna privacy policy for data handling and retention, or contact app support for help.
