Timastra Bookings: Terms
Updated
Read or download the October 4, 2026 legal documents. The dated archive preserves this release; your order or acceptance record identifies the documents that apply to you.
The merchant of record named in your checkout and receipt sells the software subscription or license and handles payment, sales tax and approved refunds. For a Paddle purchase, Paddle's buyer terms apply. If your checkout uses Creem or Dodo Payments, that provider's buyer terms apply instead. Timastra LLC supplies and supports the software. See payment providers and buyer terms for the applicable links.
Scope
Timastra Bookings is provided by Timastra LLC. These terms describe its permitted use. The customer service agreement you accept at signup or checkout sets the service terms, and these product terms form part of it. The website terms cover timastra.com.
Permitted use
Service businesses, their staff, and customers making appointments. Provide availability, reservations, staff scheduling, customer communications, billing administration and operational reporting.
Responsible use and limitations
Ask customers only for details needed to provide the service, and explain how you use them. Manage appointment changes separately from your Timastra software subscription.
Only provide records and connect systems you are authorized to use. Do not use the service to access another organization's information without permission.
Your service agreement
You contract with Timastra LLC under the customer service agreement. It sets out eligibility, permitted use, customer data responsibilities, intellectual property, availability and support, termination, liability, disputes and applicable law. Where we process personal data for you, the data processing agreement forms part of it. A separately signed order or agreement takes precedence where it says so.
Billing and closure
A business's software subscription is separate from a customer's appointment. Bookings does not currently take online payments from customers; any deposit or cancellation fee is arranged directly between the business and its customer, under the business's own refund policy. Cancelling the software subscription does not cancel appointments.
For purchases made through Paddle checkout, the Paddle entity named in your checkout and receipt is the merchant of record and Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase. See who sells the software.
Removing a business's customer record is separate from deleting the central Timastra sign-in account, run by Timastra at auth.timastra.com, which may be used with other businesses and Timastra products. The service anonymizes the customer record and removes associated personal content, while the sign-in account remains until you ask for it to be deleted. State which records you want reviewed. Upcoming bookings or messages already being sent may need to be resolved first.
