Timastra Sentinel: Terms
Updated
Read or download the October 4, 2026 legal documents. The dated archive preserves this release; your order or acceptance record identifies the documents that apply to you.
The merchant of record named in your checkout and receipt sells the software subscription or license and handles payment, sales tax and approved refunds. For a Paddle purchase, Paddle's buyer terms apply. If your checkout uses Creem or Dodo Payments, that provider's buyer terms apply instead. Timastra LLC supplies and supports the software. See payment providers and buyer terms for the applicable links.
Scope
Timastra Sentinel is provided by Timastra LLC. These terms describe its permitted use. The customer service agreement you accept at signup or checkout sets the service terms, and these product terms form part of it. The website terms cover timastra.com.
Permitted use
Authorized security teams conducting scoped assessments and reviewing findings. Enforce assessment scope and authorization, coordinate testing, review findings, maintain evidence and support accountable reporting.
Responsible use and limitations
Assess only assets you own or have explicit written permission to test. Keep the agreed scope with each engagement. Findings support security review; they are not certification or a guarantee of security.
Only provide records and connect systems you are authorized to use. Do not use the service to access another organization's information without permission.
Your service agreement
You contract with Timastra LLC under the customer service agreement. It sets out eligibility, permitted use, customer data responsibilities, intellectual property, availability and support, termination, liability, disputes and applicable law. Where we process personal data for you, the data processing agreement forms part of it. A separately signed order or agreement takes precedence where it says so.
Billing and closure
The price covers software access for authorized assessment workflows, bounded assessment checks and evidence review. Available checks depend on the deployment and plan and are confirmed before purchase. It does not purchase a human penetration test, certification, third-party scanner license or a guarantee of security. Each assessment still requires explicit authorization and a defined scope.
For purchases made through Paddle checkout, the Paddle entity named in your checkout and receipt is the merchant of record and Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase. See who sells the software.
Evidence removal is engagement-specific: the assessment must have ended, its retention period must have passed and no legal hold may apply. Removing a user or ending their sessions does not erase assessment evidence or audit records. Provide the organization and engagement reference without attaching raw security evidence.
